GREYMAN HIGH

GREYMAN HIGH is a high-cut professional boot for users who want firm ankle support but prefer breathability over membrane waterproofing during long wear.

The upper is made from smooth hydrophobic cowhide leather. The leather handles daily use well and the hydrophobic treatment slows down water absorption. Because the boot does not use a waterproof membrane, however, it is not designed for prolonged movement in continuously wet conditions.

Inside is a Coolmax lining that moves perspiration away from the foot and dries quickly. During long shifts or higher physical activity, heat and moisture can therefore escape more easily than through a membrane construction.

The FREERUNNER sole is designed with lower weight in mind. The softer section cushions each step, the durable rubber tread provides grip on both hard and unpaved surfaces, and the tread shape helps clear mud from the sole while walking.

Inside is ZeroFear 2.0, a puncture-resistant protective layer. If you step on a nail or shard, it helps stop the sharp object before it reaches the foot.

The soft NUBE insole with activated carbon adds cushioning and helps reduce odour.

GREYMAN HIGH is suited to long shifts, duty and movement in terrain when you want a high-cut leather boot but do not need GORE-TEX.
