STRIKER MID GTX

STRIKER MID GTX is a versatile professional boot for people who move during the day between asphalt, vehicles, wet grass, soil and uneven terrain. The mid-cut height supports the foot while retaining enough mobility for driving, kneeling and longer walks.

The upper combines hydrophobic nubuck with nylon textile. The hydrophobic treatment slows water absorption into the leather, while textile helps reduce weight and improve moisture management.

Inside is GORE-TEX Carbon Grey. The membrane forms a waterproof but breathable barrier: rain and water from wet vegetation are kept outside, while water vapour generated by sweat can gradually escape from the boot.

The F117 sole is built from several layers, each serving a different purpose. Softer polyurethane layers cushion impacts during each step, while a firmer frame around the lower part of the boot helps stabilise the foot, protects the upper from abrasion and is also designed to withstand the stresses of fast-rope descents. The outsole is made from durable rubber with a pronounced tread pattern that provides traction on both hard and unpaved surfaces.

Inside the sole is a ZeroFear 2.0 protective insert. If you step on a nail, shard of glass or another sharp object during work or movement in terrain, its job is to stop the object from passing through the sole and reaching the foot.

Comfort inside the boot is supported by a NUBE footbed with activated carbon. It adds a soft layer underfoot and helps reduce odour during long wear.
