STRIKER HIGH

STRIKER HIGH is a high-cut professional boot for users who want a solid leather construction and strong ankle support but do not need a waterproof membrane.

The upper is made from smooth hydrophobic cowhide leather. The leather handles everyday mechanical wear well, while the hydrophobic treatment slows down water absorption. The treatment itself does not make the boot fully waterproof – the main advantage of STRIKER HIGH is its simpler, more breathable membrane-free construction.

Inside is a breathable abrasion-resistant textile lining. During long shifts or intensive movement, heat and moisture can escape more easily than through a membrane construction.

The F117 sole combines softer polyurethane cushioning layers with a firmer frame around the lower part of the boot. The frame helps keep the foot more stable, reduces wear on the leather upper when it comes into contact with obstacles and is also designed for the stresses of fast roping. The tread is made from durable rubber with a pronounced pattern for traction on both hard and unpaved surfaces.

Inside the sole is ZeroFear 2.0, a puncture-resistant protective layer. If you step on a nail, shard or another sharp object, its job is to stop it before it reaches the foot.

The soft NUBE insole with activated carbon cushions each step and helps reduce odour during prolonged wear.

The 19 cm height provides firmer ankle support and also protects the lower shin. This is especially useful in uneven terrain and during long periods of movement over irregular ground.
